From start to end all staff, from reception, the restaurant and cleaners were very friendly. Enjoyed breakfast frequently at the in-house bistro and was treated very well. Room was exceptionally clean. The hospitality industry could learn from a place like this.

10/10. Everyone here was amazing....from Aglaee at the check in to Simon and Claire at the restaurant. We loved the outdoor heated pool. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel smelled awesome when entering and throughout the halls as well. Loved going to the nordik spa as arranged. All in all we had an amazing romantic weekend get-away!!!

5/5. Great surprise! The rooms were clean and very contemporary with every amenity from a fridge to safe to coffee maker and ironing boards. The desk staff to the bar staff were very friendly and helpful regardless who was working. The two hot tubs in the private courtyard were very nice on a brisk fall night. Shopping and eating facilities were extremely close (walking distance) with the Promenade Mall being about a seven minute walk. Will definitely come back again.
